I didnt like the fact that you pay over $200 for a room and have to pay almost $30 to park! �
What a great experience! The consierge Matthew Cain, went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. We can't wait to go back.
Customer service here is horrible! Management does nothing to help. Additionally after finally getting into a room (room requested sold-out) The front desk call asking me to come down saying my credit card didn't work and top bring a different one. I go back give the same card and this time it works. Hotel never acknowledged they were wrong nor apologized for the inconvenience or embarrassment due to their screw up. As if it didn't already take an hour to get a room in the 1st place. Thanks for ruining the rest of my Husband... read more

I loved it!!!! Temarra(sp?) checked us in and she was hilarious!!!!....vance helped us out with our room key and he was wonderful....tony in the bar made us feel so special...the pool room was beyond amazing...we had a great stay!

Very convenient and nice hotel. Love the characteristics and cleanliness of the hotel itself. The rooms are nice, and very comfortable beds! Convenience is that it is attached to the Jack Casino, mall and Quicken arena. Was raining out and had an event to go to at the arena, and took the walkways all the way without getting wet. Highly recommend!

It is a beautiful hotel. We truly enjoyed our stay. The room was incredible, and the staff was extremely accomadating and friendly. The location has to be the best of any hotel in Cleveland. It is right on the newly renevated public square. You are within walking distance to all the hot spots Cleveland has to offer. We are looking forward to returning.
