Pros: The hotel is beautiful, the location is ideal for downtown activities. Cons: Staff was less than friendly or accommodating. Would think twice before staying again.

Third year attending a catered event here and the food has gotten worse each year. We stayed overnight the first 2 years but the screaming in the halls at 2:00am and the fights outside on the street at 3:00am made it unbearable. No reason to ever stay here again.

Very nice hotel! At first we were given a "standard" room which was a little too small. My boyfriend called front desk and they were able to accommodate us to a room which was much bigger at no extra charge. Location was great and within walking distance to the Browns stadium & The Rock n Roll Hall of Fame...not to mention right next to Tower City! Staff was very friendly! We would stay here again. �

Located in the heart of Cleveland. We went to see the Cavs play, watched the watch party for the Tribe and Browns game the next day. We were able to walk to all events. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. We found our new fav6place to stay in Cleveland
No temperature control at all in rooms. When I called the front desk they told me... sir it's an old building (as if that was a good excuse on why my room was 100 degrees). They offered me a box fan to put in my window to cool the room down (check prices for this hotel and see how insulting that was). The room also smelled terribly of feet and was horribly covered up by some extremely cheap perfume.
