A gorgeous hotel with attention to detail. LOVED the restaurant and the entire staff of the hotel and grounds. We have stayed before and will definitely stay again! The beds are oh so comfy, the pillows, the sheets and comforter...ahhhh....Thank you for doing a GREAT job and keeping downtown Cleveland hopping!

This is unfortunately my last business trip to Cleveland since I am changing jobs. I will miss this place so much. It was my second home for over 3 years.
