Quick. Painless. Professional. -I was at home alone with my newborn and not feeling well. Rather than risking exposing my child to germs and other sick patients at a traditional urgent care clinic, I used Remedy. It was an incredible experience and I was treated in my home literally within minutes of calling. They even had a sample prescription to get me started while the pharmacy filled my meds. While I hope none of us get sick for a long time, I can see us being a repeat customer as the need arises in the future.
Just used remedy for the first time today when our two year old stuck a bead up her nose. Dr. Gabrysch was so kind and got the bead out on the first try. So thankful we didn't have to spend our Sunday afternoon in the ER.
We had to call Remedy for my son who ended up having strep. While my other two boys played and I made dinner, my oldest was seen by the doctor and we had him on antibiotics within the hour. So much better then an urgent care waiting room. Thank you,Remedy!!
I am very pleased with the care from Remedy. Dr. White was very professional and so kind. It is so wonderful knowing there's a doctor a call away who will come to you! Very convenient and quick to respond. Impressed and thankful.

I have 4 grand babies and have had Remedy out 3 times ! They are fabulous with the kids and very eager to explain, in depth , what the problem is and options for solutions highly highly recommend ! Very affordable too
Fantastic service and 24 hours later, I am finally feeling better than in the past 8 days. I simply couldn't find the time to go to the doctor, and heard about Remedy through another Austin Mom. $90 later, billed towards my AETNA deductible, I am so grateful to Dr. Robin and team. I've used Remedy twice for my children and have been very pleased each time. I have three young kids and it's so wonderful not to have to load all of them up and go to urgent care. I tell all my mama friends about them and highly recommend them!
