I was really hoping to find my new favorite care for my children when sick - but unfortunately that is not the case. After a PA who walked into our house and seemed annoyed and rushed, my main concern was not addressed. On top of that I had to end up paying another copay today to find out that my son has an ear infection, which is the ONLY reason we called remedy yesterday. I would maybe consider using for myself, but never again for my children.
It’s so nice to not get out with sick kids and face even more germs at the dr office!
I hurt my hand while on a business trip in San Antonio. Overnight it got worse so I decided to lookup Urgent Cares on Yelp. Fortunately, I was able to find Remedy. I was able to got to work from the hotel. It was easy to request an appointment. I didn't have to try to find a location in a city I'm not terribly familiar with and didn't waste valuable time in a waiting room while I could be at work. Talk about amazing. My son got an ear infection the day before Thanksgiving. I called his regular doctor and was re-directed to on-call who didn't return my call until that evening. I checked nearby clinics who couldn't see him until many hours later. My only other options were Urgent Cares. Saved me money, time, and sanity! Dr. Rhonda has been to our home twice in two weeks �� because both my kids needed attention. Yesterday we were in Houston, but my daughter (4 yrs old) had an infection in her leg, so we headed back home to Austin, so she could be seen by a dr. I made an appt with remedy while I was stopped at a gas station on I-10, the Remedy team met us at our house 5 mins after we got home, and they were able to help us! I used Remedy for the first time yesterday and was very impressed. It’s wonderful to be able to be seen under the comfort of your own home when you are under the weather. The doctor was excellent.

Remedy supported the Joint Babysitter Certification for foster parents by providing TB tests for all the attendees. The Remedy staff were professional, kind, and efficient as they gave TB tests to 66 people within about 4 hours! They are great to work with and the foster care babysitters were thrilled to have this service provided to them at the training site.
