We used Remedy on a Sunday when our son wasn't feeling well. Dr. White, a pediatrician arrived in less than an hour. She did a very thorough exam and tested our son for Strep. Her assistant sent in a prescription electronically to our local pharmacy right away. She was very sweet with my son and had wonderful bedside manners. I was grateful to not have to sit in a waiting room while my son spread his germs acquired new ones. We will use them again!!
My initial thought of calling on a doctor for a house call was a bit uncertain if I am being honest. But after Remedy showed up and tended to my needs I became a huge fan! Not only was the service exceptional but the follow up was more than I could of asked for after my appointment. Remedy was super professional, helpful, and helped us with a painful ear ache on a Sunday afternoon!
I have called remedy twice... Both times I had sick kids over the weekend that needed an antibiotic. I love that I didn't have to wait till Monday and risk greater infection or load up and head to a clinic. This service is genius and will be my go-to when any of us are sick. They even delivered my meds!
The Remedy doctors have been very proactive in their diagnosis of our boys from allergies to their exzema. They are prompt (within the hour) in arriving at our home after receiving our calls and have been great in interacting with our boys. What has been most impressive is that they have followed up with us with phone calls and texts on the progress of our boys after their visits. We could not recommend Remedy more highly! We love it!!!!

Driving and waiting an hour in a doctor's office is the last thing I want to do when I get sick. Thanks to Remedy I was able to get an appointment within the hour without leaving my bed. Jeremy was super kind and professional and I was on my way back to feeling so much better and much faster than I would have been had I gone into a Dr's office. My son had been complaining of ear pain and was miserable when I called Remedy. The physician and his assistant arrived shortly thereafter. It was so nice to be seen by a physician in my own home...no waiting room, no other sick people around us, and no rearranging my schedule to go to a clinic. This is the way healthcare should be! It could not have been easier to have Dr Gabrysch come out to our house to take a look at our sick little girl. She was able to be seen in the comfort of our own home and for that we were so very grateful.
