We LOVE our pediatrician but have not been overly happy with their billing practices- Automated calls telling you that your account is over due yet they can verify a statement has not been sent. Ever since SMG merged with reliant we have not been happy.
I went into today feeling horrible in so many ways. I left feeling like i was listened to, cared about, and left with solutions. Leominster internal med group- your team is awesome!
The patient support team and doctors are incredibly prompt and understanding of patient needs. Once you get the right person on the call - you are taken very good care of! Thanks Reliant Medical Group :)
