I truly believe that you are a corporate profit driven organization and your type of healthcare doesn't have the patient best interest at heart and you are a major part of the problem not the solution(profit and health should not be on the same page)
Exactly what is wrong with current healthcare. Shut these incompetent frauds down.
Went for chest pains so bad I couldn't move at all and they told me to go home and relax and I was out of work. Told me to come back in 3 weeks if I still had it.. I did so I went back and they took one chest X-ray and said we didn't see anything. If you still have it in 3 weeks come back. Idk how much money you think I have for co-pays but I can't keep coming in for someone to tell me to come back because they don't have an answer and don't care.
I have been with the same Dr. At the Milford office for 25yrs. Never have to wait. If they are running behind they let you know. I wouldn't change anything. Sandra Palmieri
My son had an appointment at the Spencer pediatrics office, when I got there, they wanted to reschedule since he wasn't one year old yet. They refused to reschedule at the office stating they would get in trouble if they did and told me to go online to reschedule. I couldn't get online for some reason so I called patient registration and they told me he was already registered and to call the office. Just took off time from work for an appointment I scheduled back in February and waited a MONTH FOR. First they couldn't find me in the computer even though I have been here multiple times, then they tell me my appointment was cancelled back in February! I was never notified! Disgusted, and switching primary care facilities as soon as possible. This place is a joke...
Had Doctor Connors he was great and compassionate great job reliant medical urgent care
Dr. Beckmann was seeing my niece for a high fever, barking cough, severe nasal congestion and difficulty breathing.. after 3 days.He said it was just the virus that was going around. It all continued for another couple days had only gotten worse. She was taken to the hospital. So after 6 days of no improvement . The hospital examined her and ran tested xrays.
