My kiddos love the pediatricians in Auburn and I have had the best OB care from the midwives in Worcester. Couldn't ask for better care!
They suck. Never seen such a disorganized group in my life. My friend had cancer and he waited over 8 months for a scan that wouldn't be paid for. We'll see if he survives. I will never go there
I just have to say that I'm extremely impressed with Reliant Medical pediatrics. I'm a new mom to a baby boy born on 11/16 and the pediatric department has made me feel like I can ask any question anytime. I just called on Thanksgiving Day and was put through to a pediatric nurse working at their urgent care center who answered all my questions about my baby's gas. I didn't even have to wait for a call back on a holiday. Every interaction with the nurses, drs, and receptionists in the pediatric department has been wonderful.
I have a few medical problems that I have been trying for the past five years or so to find answers to and every doctor I have gone to kind of blew me off and not help me at all, my first visit here was absolutely awesome. The staff is very helpful and friendly, everything was explained to me in a way that I understood it and I know what my problem areas are now and am being treated. I will not leave my doctors here. Its perfect place for health care needs.
I was told that if I didn't take a specific test my insurance would not work, then they ran other tests on me without my consent and tried to bill me for it. Staff were rude when trying to get to the bottom of the issue. I will not be returning as I feel my rights were violated.
I've had many visits to St V's where I was treated very well for my medical issues, highest regards for the Reliant Drs. and nurses. My PCP is great. These people are the greatest and highly professional.
I was informed within the last year that my PCP, Robert Maloney, was leaving Reliant's Worcester Practice and setting up a practice in Spencer, so I was transferred to Ronald Pantano. I saw Dr Pantano for a meet and greet at the end of June and just received a letter in the mail late September that Dr. Pantano is also leaving the practice and that there are now NO PCP's accepting patients in any of the Worcester locations.
