My review is about billing and not about the care I receive from Reliant (which I recommend). BE AWARE - during annual physicals you may be asked about depression (Are you depressed?) Regardless of your answer Reliant considers this ‘Depression Screening’ and will charge $47 which may not be covered by your insurance (it wasn’t with mine). RecommendedWe went to the new location at Neoponset St. the last 2 days everyone was super friendly and helpful. Also feel like we are in good hands there.
At my 5yo child well visit nurse recorded wrong weight. When the doctor came, she insisted my child is malnourished at 10 percentile of her weight and I need to increase the weight. I kept telling doctor that she looks perfectly well, but I was sent home with increase the food recommendation. If a doctor office can not get my child weight Right, I am afraid to think what else they can mess up. Look for another way place. This one is like a factory, only $$$ count.
We just visited the new Neponset location. Can’t say enough about how great the greeter Amanda was, plus the free valet parking! It was pouring rain we watched Amanda walking people out to their cars with an umbrella, why they didn’t valet I don’t know! Very good experience with nurses and everyone we dealt with!
My husband & I have been with them for 30yrs. No complaints. Very good service.
I just had the worst experience. I arrived for my physical and had to wait in line. When I got to the front, the receptionist told me that she called me twice yesterday to tell me that she didn't have any insurance information for me on file, even tho my information hasn't changed. Since she didn't leave a message, I didn't know who called. She told me it would now take forever since she had to put it in herself. I told her that it was ok if she had to do it. they dont care about their patients and they refused to see me for something they did which was IUD placement and another doctor told me they couldn't see the string for it so it could be lost somewhere inside me and I needed to have it checked by who put it there and they refuse to see me ...they dismissed me a single mom of two that relys on the buses to get anywhere I need to get ONLY BECAUSE I MISSED SOME APPOINTMENTS !!!!! if something happens to me reliant will pay for it I promise !!!!

Always a 30 or more minute wait and then you send in a med student! Wheres the doctor?? I shouldn't have to pay for this visit!
