Had first appt there today. Booked appt in February. my appt was at 1115am, I was seen by dr at 205pm. Not a good first impression, no communication between nurses in back and reception at all.
Dr. Abdul Bhat is the worst doctor I've never met. After my old doctor left, Bhat was assigned to me. It's been literally impossible to get an appointment with him. Recently, Bhat cut an important medication without even bothering to call me—and when I found out and tried to call him to get it sorted out, I was told he's now "on vacation" and will not talk with me or see me until my medication runs out. A dr there wouldn't answer medical questions. said that she had other patients or has computer work to do. horrible manners. looking for a new office asap
For starters, return phone calls. Second never tell a PT on a Thursday that something was seen on a CT scan and that nobody would be available until following Tuesday to answer questions, Thirdly dont take over 2 weeks to get MRI results, that I still have not received. I am not sure what's going on with Reliant as of late but you seem to care more about expanding and less on PT relations.
RecommendedReally impressed with the care my son received by Dr Jana Balas (podiatrist) . She is a doctor that is very professional and recognizes the need when to follow up and order further testing. I received a personal call from her to accommodate my son during his finals. She went above and beyond! Thank you for the excellent care and true passion for what you do Dr Balas.
This review is for the reliant medical group and NOT for our pediatrician. STAY AWAY from reliant, they will try to charge you in every possible way sometimes even for the tests you didn't have or for the annual physical (which insurance covers at 100%). Customer service is just terrible! They sent us a big hefty bill for annual physical and some of the tests were not even needed. When this was being reviewed by insurance as an appeal and also being discussed with reliant, reliant financial services said it was OK not to pay... read more
They can't seem to get their billing fixed, I made several payments and my balance is always the same.
Been bringing my daughter since she was born. Her pediatrician is always very nice and helpful. Truly cares about her development and gives wonderful resources. The nurses are also very understanding. Making appointments are easy and checking in with the kiosk is easy too.
Just horrible and incompetent Drs seem to be fleeing from them lousy with follow up they ask the best number to reach you and call the other number every time makes me think they would rather leave a message than actually speak to patient was the same for my wife her Dr quit also and we played phone tag for days .... you call they ask best # to reach you ,you tell them and then they call the other # and leave mssg we pay 20000 plus an 6000 deductible for something that doesn't even work.
