They always give me an appointment for an hour and then they serve me 45 mins to an hour later 🙄
Called them today (Friday) to make appointment for my 3 kids and they can’t make an appointment for Monday. They specifically said they can’t make sick appointments that far in advance. What good are they then? I really like the doctors and some of the nurses, but some of the nurses, the phone staff, and reception are really awful. I’m leaving my doctor of over 12 years because of the poor management and the inability to make any kind of appointment.
My Dr. confused me with someone else at my last THREE appts, now that he knows I am in the process of switching Drs, but not able to see my new one till Feb. He is not doing anything for me and everyone in the office is being rude. I also had to switch another doctor because nobody was ever answering the phone and they called me to tell me I had no insurance when I did when I went to transfer my medical records they told me to go to any Reliant office fill out paperwork and they will get sent over I did that and then I was s... read more
Too many extra hidden charges.....and a $300 deductible...not good.considering transferring to FALLON.Also,Reliant should give at least 1 cleaning to teeth once a year...
Multiple times I have been told by reliant they can’t help me for basic issues. If I could rate them negative I would. They do not listen to their patients, they are condescending and flat out rude, and worst of all when you ask for help they turn you away. Dr. Ali and Dr. Newsom and their teams. You get an F from this teacher.

RecommendedIve been making regular payments on an huge unexpected balance that I incurred after an endoscopy last winter and you still sent me to collections? Not very cool Reliant Medical Group (Westborough) I'm doing what I can.
Coordinated care that's second to none. I trust my medical care team completely.
