the parking at neponite street is awful. I have a handicap pass. so why aren't there more handicap parking places. as long as I can walk I'm not using valet parking there. I may have to give up a provider that doesn't go to auburn.

The new facility on Neponset St is great..and so convenient for me. I love my primary physician..and all the doctors I have been seeing lately are awesome!!!
I just got back from driving into Worcester for a 5:30am mammogram (it said to arrive at 5:15am). I arrived at the building to discover it was locked and the sign said it opens at 6:30! Not sure how they could have made such a colossal mistake to schedule someone at a time when the building isn't even open yet. Inconvenient to say the least! I have a job and 3 kids and don't have time to waste on their incompetence.

Had a wonderful experience meeting my new PCP’s NP. The process of registering was a simple phone call with extremely pleasant registration staff, and everything since then has been streamlined, organized, and just all-around excellent. I have been going to Reliant Medical Group for about 8 years. Dr AnaMaria Espila-Navarro has been my doctor and I absolutely love her. The staff is always willing to help and everyone is so caring.
