This medical practice is the worst ever . If you want to be taken care of properly I suggest you not choose this place at all!!! The only part of reliant thay i like is my obgyn at saint vincents hospital, they are the best dr allison madden and dr timothy hale . Those are the best drs through reliant . The pediatricians suck and so does the lady that is a child psychiatrist, she is so rude and ignorant ..
Have a cancer spot on my neck biopsy and Dr Kim was supposed to remove it, he has cancelled three of my appointments.... Just had to reschedule again, been over a year and it is still on my neck. Thank for nothing
As an 85 year old participant in Reliant medical group plan my experiences with all my doctors, nurses and staff have been excellent.
I'm very disappointed to learn that the medical disorder my 2 children had misdiagnosed at Reliant is still not being educated about in pediatrics at this practice. Medicine is always changing and doctors need to stay current . So disappointing!
I grew up in a military family, I lived all over the country, basically moving every 1 to 3 years. In about my early 20's (about 10 years ago) I made my final move to Massachusetts. Until I found the Leominster Reliant office I had gone to other doctor practices in the area...but no office in the area or country had ever provided me with such exceptional care! Very poor management at Westborough. I called twice for appointment for my self, my wife and my 92 year old mother. She confirmed appointment and told me that all under one name. We went today, front desk has no idea what I am talking about as their was no info of all of us except my wife. I explain her and she send us to nurse for TB shots. I recently had an appointment with Reliant Orthopedics for fluid on my knee. After a two week wait, I got an appointment with the nurse practitioner. He spent 10 minutes with me looking at the wrong knee. After I told him that it was the wrong knee, he response was OH! I asked him questions on what I could do for I was going on vacation, his responses were "yes you could do that".
