If you are unable to pay thousands of dollars with little notice, they tell you to go f yourself and dismiss you as a patient banning you for life. Socioeconomic discrimination.
Just spent over 10 minutes just waiting for a human to pick up, only to be treated rudely, then transferred which took another 5+minutes for a human...all to check on a prescription that has been MIA for 5 days. Time to revisit customer service best practices class. I’m VERY frustrated!

Very disappointed with the PCPs availability. I signed up as a patient with the reliant medical group at least four months ago and I have not even scheduled my first appointment with my pcp. Yesterday, I wanted to schedule my first appointment with my primary care doctor and turns out that her earliest available appointment is until July 2020. dr gopalswamy and her staff need to be fired. as I lay in bed with chronicsinustis so I of all people know when I have an infection was told to take tylenol, zyrtec and put eucalyptus in my humidfier. iam in severe pain with pressure to the point it hurts from my eye, cheek bone, teeth to my ear. I had an annual physical with my long term PCP in the spring of 2020. Last month I get a call saying that the appointment must be rescheduled. That's fine. What is unacceptable is that the appointment was rescheduled for 5 months later; what was supposed to be a 1 year physical is now a 1 1/2 year physical.
