Ronald R Brigham After 3 bad doctors who argued with me, at Reliant Medical Group. Just because I asked for them to look in my bad eye first, due to a light sensitivity problem. I was banned from going back over this simple request. I did find my original Dr. Dwayne Baharozian out of Westford, Ma. They treated me great. All respected my very simple request. Don't know if a single competent person that works here. No one accepts responsibility and passes you on to another department. They take on way to many patients and can not see the ones they have. Ever since Reliant merged or bought out Fallon the quality has gone down. I've been a patient at the same facility for 26 years and the last few years have been horrible. I am a healthy individual in my 20's and don't go to the doctors much. If I wasn't as health as I am I WOULD NOT still be going here. It's just close to my house... read more
horrible horrible horrible! Over booked, long waits, can't be late 5 minutes or they make you reschedule, huge lack of communication within departments especially urology and general family in Westboro. Just medecine pusher who can't get a job in a better medical facility.
I have absolute faith in my Doctor and his medical staff. It is an actual pleasure to walk into an office where you are treated like "an old friend" rather than a Patient Number! Example...The desk will always tell my Doctor that "Dennis is here" rather than saying "your 3:15 has arrived.
The staff is extremely rude disrepectful and likes to belittle patients. And talks to patients like they are clueless and stupid. The triage nurses 9 out of 10 times scare the hell out of you to come and see someone and again 9 out of 10 times nothing. They are money hungry and complete jerks ever since they got bought out by Relaint the practice has been more about money then patience care. The secretaries can be rude and belittling and ask questions that are none of their business especially when you call and ask to speak ... read more
