Wir waren für eine Nacht in dem Hotel und hatten ein Zimmer mit 2 Queen Betten. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und sehr einfach eingerichtet. Die Betten waren sehr kurz und das Zimmer hat muffig gerochen. Das Personal war sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit!
Sempre muito bom estar aqui , conforto , higiene e bom atendimento.
It was nice, it was clean, the outside pool area was beautiful, the lobby and bar area was fancy looking. The hotel is a bit dated, but other than that, it was a great place to stay. Also it was a simple and easy 15-20 easy minutes to South Beach. Easy on easy off right off highway. I would surely stay here again.
Stayed for 4 days and not satisfied at all. Never returning and will recommend all my friends and family to stay away.
I was there for the Readers' Favorite book awards this past weekend. I must say the shuttle service was horrible and we had to hail a taxi. Asked for reimbursement and they refused. Asked for items that were delivered the day before our arrival, and language barriers caused delays and issues. One valet was superb. Asked for hotel manager and told he was coming yet he didn't, asked for him to call our room, he didn't. Service was poor. Skimpy on towels in bathroom.
