First issue yes the shuttle service was terrible but I was accompanied for suite no towels in took and hour to get wash rag because only one was in bathroom that my daughter used but I will take with supervisor in the morning

The room we stayed in had a dirty bathroom, sink, counter and shower. The towels were dingy. Not acceptable.
The neighborhood behind the hotel is less than desirable, but the outside of the hotel was aesthetically pleasing. Front desk clerk was very friendly & professional, as were the bartender/waitress at the lounge. We had dinner in the lounge as the restaurant was closed (looked like they were possibly remodeling?)- the food, drinks, & prices were acceptable. Horrible customer service. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU. Their shuttle service stopped earlier than stated and left my family of 8 stranded at the airport for over 2 hours! We were attempting to talk to them, but found the service extremely rude and unable to help because they're shuttle driver decided to stop early.
