Very good for over night stop before boarding ship
1st of ALL! Where is the Thumbs down button???? I've kept my cool while my roomies & other friends have complained. The towel situation @ thie Hotel is so ridiculous & Unheard of. This place LITERALLY have NO towels to accommodate us. When I finally got towels to take a shower there were NO large towels available so I LITERALLY had to take 10 minutes to keep patting my whole Body dry with a face towel! SMH Now the lady comes to clean our room & hands me the towels we ordered hours ago & says she has no more to accommodate us... read more
RecommendedI’m a simple guest and i don’t ask for much. I stayed for 7 nights and rarely asked for anything from the staff. They were always ready to meet my needs before I would even ask. But mainly, I recommend this hotel because of the bartender Arletis. She is amazing. Her personality is a 10 and she was full of suggestions on what to do for my vacation. Un hôtel sympathique du fait même de son côté un peu désuet .le personnel devrait apprendre à regarder les clients dans les yeux quand il leur parle. Chambre 506 ok. Propreté ok.

No customer service, no customer relations, no body home.
AA put us here for cancelled flight. Front desk receptionist was nice at check in. Room was terrible. Smelled like weed, outdated, no soap, bathtub peeling, just overall awful and not clean. Phone in the room didn’t work. We asked to switched to another room and they didn’t have one. When we told them the room smelled, they replied oh so it doesn’t smell clean? Not the type of conditions you want to face in general, but definitely not after being stranded at the airport for hours.

Comfortable stay while waiting to go on cruise Staff very friendly , no where to go to near hotel but does what it says on the tin .
