I arrived at 11:00 pm prompt at the airport shuttle pick-up and I was told the shuttle was supposed to arrive within a couple minutes of 11:10 pm and it never showed so I called the hotel back and was told the driver claimed to have already been here (I was patiently waiting so I know that didn’t happen). The hotel refused to send the shuttle driver back any sooner so finally after 40 minutes I called an Uber. Will never book this hotel again!
Almost missed my 6am flight because of the overnight front desk agent Alex (who was the only person on duty at that time of the morning 10/31/18 @ 5am). Had set up a 4am wake up call before going to bed the previous night only to somehow luckily jerk out of my sleep at 430am and barely make the 5am airport shuttle. When checking out I ask to speak to a manager and I am informed by Alex that he is the only employee on duty. The free parking is like the only plus and not having to pay a hefty deposit. Other than that the place looks like it walked right out of the 70s. Everything is very old and falling apart in the rooms. The AC is so loud and for a traveling person like myself who needs sleep that is so aggravating. The lights in my bedroom don’t come off and my drain in my bathtub was broken. Not coming back here.
