Dirty, outdated and HORRIBLE customer service. The breakfast area was awful, not much to choose from and overpriced for what you did get. Bathrooms tiny and very stingy with towels. Staff was rude and seemed like it was a chore to help you. I won't stay here again, nor will I recommend it to anyone! I'll go to the Marriott or Crown Plaza Next visit.
