The hotel made a mistake on our reservation. They booked us on the wrong date and refuse to give us a refund. I requested in good faith and in the interest of customer service that they refund the amount or credit it to the days we actually did reserve. Multiple emails back and forth and they continue to blame us for their mistake. I let them know if they weren't going to do the right thing we would have to cancel our upcoming stay. THEY just cancelled my reservations!! They are now saying only the guest could have cancelled... read more
rude employees, the beds sleep awful. not as clean as should be and the breakfast isn't included like all other hotels.
I recommend it because the daily rates are compatible with the comfort of the guest, both inside the hotel and the services offered by outside. There is a van that takes you to and from the airport / hotel for free (already included in the rates); also offers several tours to Miami, including one that picks us up at the door of the hotel and takes us to Orlando and from there to Disney. Thank you.

staying one night only... bad smell in the room. 0 costumer service... 1 night only and never coming back
A nice but older hotel that has been mostly renovated, but still showing Ltd age in small ways. Employees are very good, but the continental breakfast was pretty good but mostly cold at 7:00 am. All floors did not have an ice machine, so you had to take a slow elevator to a floor with one.
I wish the pool was heated but other than that I loved it and we will be staying there again
