My stay wasn't bad, I was there on business so didn't spend much time in the hotel, but apparently I wasn't entitled to complimentary breakfast, or coffee not sure why, you would think for $150+ per night I would at least get coffee and a doughnut, lol. But my experience after checking out has been HORRIBLE. 10 days and 4 phone calls later I still can't get a receipt so I can get reimbursed from my employer. I have been told it would be "expedited" that was a week ago, yet still nothing, today I was put on hold for 1.5 hours... read more
Great hotel. Enjoyed my stay. There were some plumbing issues with the tub and toilet, but aside from that everything was great. Great rooms, great service, great location and enjoyed the pool.
Nada de lujos todo es basico pero muy ameno y tranquilo, su personal muy amable el parqueo es inmenso y no lo cobran el area muy accesible para cenar, cerca del aereopuerto, muy buena piscina, admiten perros en fin me senti muy bien, lo recomiendo

Nice bar and common area. Gym is very small, and there are no towels or sanitation method for guests. Rooms were slightly small. Service was great. They let us check out an hour later, no problem. You'll enjoy your stay here!
