En mi habitación había cucarachas... terrible. Me pareció un baño sucio.
Nice and cozy. Occupants of the neighboring room argued all night though kept my daughter and I awake! Room was clean
I stayed May 8-11 and enjoyed my stay. I felt very comfortable here and everyone seemed to be welcoming and friendly. The pool area was beautiful during the night when light up. Though the seating areas could have used some firmer furniture cause you literally sank in when you sat. The balcony would be wonderful if there were maybe a small table and chairs to sit at. Housekeeping staff seemed pretty busy they did come and make my bed took my towels but forgot to leave more soap and wash cloth after cleaning they also didn't ... read more

I had a layover and room was provided for by AA. I think this hotel choice made good of an airline company nightmare. I appreciated the hotel staff. The shuttle service could be more frequent for airport pickup.
