Staff was great. Jorge was very nice. Water pressure was not the best. And the spring breakers were up most of the night screaming in the halls. Pool area was very nice and relaxing.

Very good hotel friendly staff rooms are clean and best of all close to the airport..I like to stay here this is my 3rd stay there
We booked a room before and after our 12/24/16 Carnival Cruise. We checked in 12/23/16. There were no chairs on the Balcony and in the evening we discovered a nightstand drawer full of bugs. So we were moved to another room. Again no chairs on the balcony. We weren't looking forward to staying with Regency on our return. The only thing I'm rating is the gym because we did use the bike and treadmill. We were notified via email that our room for the 31st had been cancelled and were relieved to book with another hotel.
