Food and drinks took forever to get out to us. Everyone at our table served before us. Awful, slow service for easy to prepare meals and drinks I wont ever come here again.
The service at Regency Hotel is just....AMAZING!! From help at the Front Desk, breakfast served in the restaurant, drinks served at the bar...the list goes on.. The staff is really friendly too! Regency Hotel Miami is definitely the hotel we will be returning to, on our next stay in Miami
Recomendo e muito. Está é a quinta vez que venho para Miami e sempre fico aqui. Atendentes muito atenciosos, quartos limpos e confortáveis. Sempre mandei entregar encomendas e todas chegaram direitinho, bem localizado e o senhor luis de gerente é um fofo.
You can't beat the price and location. No, it's not the Waldorf, of course...but, We would definitely stay again.
Eu e minha família não tivemos boas recordações deste hotel. Foram feitas diversas compras utilizando nossos cartões de crédito. Não voltarei a este hotel outras vezes.
Tinha uma reserva, mas EU coloquei uma data errada. Sei que este foi meu erro. Era virada de ano e não tive um bom suporte ou melhor uma ajuda. Coisa sim, sr, vc não tem reserva e não temos vagas. Pelo menos uma indicação ou uma ligação para outro hotel da rede.
Muito bom agradável confortável Vou recomendar e vou voltar em breve
