I have not had a good experience here. This morning I had to call for towels four time. This afternoon the cable went out. To be a 4.2 star I would think customer service would be a little better. I went down stairs because mom left her camera in the room and the front desk took their time call housekeeping to see if they clean the room and found it. I have stayed at a four star before and this need customer care work. The manager didn't offer any thing for my problem I just didn't feel good here. So I cancelled my reservati... read more
