Service was not good. Salads should always come before the meal! We received all of our food at once. The cheese fries with I piece of melted cheese were gross. I will be going somewhere else for sure! Somewhere polite!
I liked this place but I feel like I was charged wrong but they swore up n down I wasn't and ripped off my whole card amount not what they "supposedly claimed" was owed
I have gone here a number of times. Most times they are under staffed and food never came out right. I tried one more time tonight. The "hostess" was non existent for 10 min but with many sideways glances. Wasn't even sure she was the hostess. Many open tables but once she talked to us she said how bad a day its been. She the said it would be 15-20 for a table. I asked if we could sit at the bar but she repeated it was 15-20 with a really BAD attitude they only had one server on a Sunday dinner night.. The service great and I loved the atmosphere and electronic checkout. My burger was good but nothing special but really loved the bottomless fries.
Well had to wait 30 min. To be seated then our pretzels came one side real brown the others light. My hamburger was cold.
I was not pleased that they did. It have any seeery potato fries.The place was not busy/we had 2 wait longer than we should have had 2. I asked 4 a cup of hot water/got a large glass of hot water. Overall, my partner/I were not impressed with this Red Robin but the food was good.
Burgers were great!!! Was totally blind sided by the charge for entertainment...$1.99!! No where does it state there is a fee for playing games at table!!!! Won't do that again!!! Disappointed and appalled by such a charge, the trivia should be part of the experience, shame on you Red Robin!!!
Great service and friendly staff. Even better... our awesome waitress is a New England Patriots fan!!!! Our big party of 7 had fun celebrating my son's 16th Birthday. Great selections and everything tastes so good... we were stuffed!
So we ordered our donuts. Twenty minutes later we finally saw our waitress again and told her could we just get them to go we needed to leave to get back to work. 10 more minutes flag the waitress down again. Can i just get my money back we need to leave we where supposed to already be back at work. 10 more minutes for a manager to get a gift card for our inconvenience and asked if we still wanted to wait on the donuts.
