Service was great but chicken was literally raw inside & burger was dry heard great things it was my 1st & last time there
Was just in there. My 4 year old son wanted to eat here for his birthday. He was excited for the birthday song to be sung to him. Well, we got there at 630. We should have left right away when we were told it would be 15 minutes until we could be seated (even though there were plenty of open tables) because the "kitchen was backed up". The food was cold, service was horrible. Apparently management doesnt care from the lack of response i see on other posts. Wont be going back.
My vegetarian streak is over thanks to Red Robin Gourmet Burgers. Ordered the veggie garden burger and was hosed. I didn't chew any, but bit straight through the burger. I knew instantly that is was of "too real" texture. Spit it right out and called the waitress over. I can be blatantly outspoken but chose not to rip into her. She felt bad enough already. It was so gross. I have been a vegetarian longer than a lot you have been alive. #PhunkYouTurkey #VegetarianSince1989
Great service and always great burgers! We had Jazzlyn as our server, she was very attentive and Kind. Will definitely make this our new favorite location!
