Terrible quality and manager unhelpful in resolving the issue.
Really disappointed tonight got takeout could not use the app would not let me check out so after trying 4 times ended up calling in my order. They still have me my 21% discount for takeout.The order was wrong though I got a side order of mac n cheese instead of the entree the milkshake well not worth the 4.99 that i paid for it and my chips were soggy with my boneless chicken wings. I have had nothing but good to say about this place up until tonight . The server was nice
It was delicious as usual! We r getting one n Winchester & I am so excited and it's like five mins from my house!
Very slow service! Was crammed in a corner, barely enough room to move! Waiter was very slow! Took 10 minutes to get drink order, and we all ordered water! Took another 15 to take food order, and he never came back once to ask how are meal was! Soup was lukewarm and not that good, sandwich was fair! I would recommend eating elsewhere!
Had a great meal and appreciated them being polite we walked in a bit after 10 when they closed at 11. Don't mind swinging through when we are in My.
