Our server was wonderful...refreshed our drinks without asking and our orders were perfect!! The only thing I would say is the ladies room was disgusting!
The wait was short, and the waitress we had was nice. The food was okay. They ran out of crayons, and my grandkids were very upset. The grandkids loved the red light piece they had in the ceiling.
We went Sunday 6/10/18 for my youngest daughters graduation dinner. She loves Red Robin. The waitress was phenomenal and the food fantastic. We usually go to the Chambersburg location and decided to try the Hagerstown one this time. We were not dissapointed. We will be back.
The food was great and the waitresses were awesome. Everybody was so friendly!
The pretzels and onion rings, OMG. The burgers are fantastic and today's staff was wonderful! Best part? The brownie fruffles with raspberry sauce!!!! To die for!!! My anniversary is next week and I will be going there to pick up three orders so I can have them for my anniversary dessert!
Excellent food and service, our waitress was right on the ball. Appetizer was delicious
Daniel was an awesome waiter!!! Burger was delicious... fast amazing service !!!!
