Service was great and food was just like I wanted it.
Food was good, service was not. The endless fries never came. I was served about 8 with my meal and was never asked if I wanted more.
Food burger was greasy mushroom/Swiss nun soggy and fries cold. We were there shortly after they opened Williamsport Mall in Hagerstown MD. Too crowded inside seats so close together. Seating could have been handled differently there were quite a few empty seats in another area we were two adults place amongst large tables of small loud kids and seated next to two adults two toddlers. Was not a good experience at this location.
I went there for father's day with my dad, mom & sis. I tried their guacamole bacon burger. It was delicious. Manager on duty that day was very exceptional. Made sure we had everything we needed. I don't go out much but when I do. Red robin will be one of my choices
Obviously the 5 stars is on a grading curve compared to other burger places. Great selection of burgers and sandwiches and signature soft drinks. Great place to take kids with a clean family friendly decor, smiling faces and friendly staff. If you're looking for a 1 of a kind meal this isn't the place for you but if a quality burger at a great price is what you want then this is the spot. Bottomless fries are just a bonus
