Food was good, atmosphere filthy. Seated at a dirty table. Tried to seat others at a dirty table. Told the people to wait while they clean it because hostess was awful. The lady cleaning the table obnoxiously slammed the computer credit card register table topper. $60 for three people to eat a burger and share one appetizer. Kinda pricey.
Just had a whiskey river chicken sandwich. Like 8.99 had raw chicken in it noticed like 2 bites into it. So I asked for the burger which is like 3 dollars more. They didn't wanna do anything about my bill that was already up to $70? Place is trash
Certainly could use a new face of that particular facility.. anyone barking orders at their employees, rolling their eyes, huffing and puffing the whole time they have a busy lobby is completely unnecessary and unprofessional.
The service was terrific and the food delicious! I had never eaten at the restaurant in Hagerstown and I was very pleased!

Dynamic experience. The bartender Bethany was a true angle. Tip that girl properly. She is definitely good at what she does.
Normally Red Robin is YUMMM. But this time they were not good. My son Asked for bacon cheddar burger with mayo on side, no tomatoes. They had mayo slathered on both bunns, tomatoes on it and the cheese was NOT cheddar. We switched buns for my burger, but buns were very dried up and were falling apart. Waitress never asked if we wanted more fries, even tho bottomless. Wr woll go back but never in evenings again.
