Unfortunately had very poor service the past few times we have been here. Today was especially disappointing because we were waiting 10 minutes after being seated to even be greeted by our server, and after that we only saw her 3 or 4 times. Only a couple of drinks got refilled one time and she didn't seem to care about us at all. We stopped at the front to ask to talk to a manager after our experience and we saw/heard our waitress mouthing off to someone about us wanting to complain... Rubbish service from the waitress, I'm very disappointed with my experience at the Hagerstown Red Robin and will not be visiting again.
So, I Invented a New Sandwich while learning The Red Robin Menu. First Pick a Burger of Your Choice filled with all the Toppings U love, then U are able to make that Burger a Double, Now Here is where the Magic comes in, They Have Grilled and Crispy Chicken Sandwiches, So Add a Grilled Chicken Breast as Your Double Meat...!!! Its Tastes Amazing , Chicken and Beef all on the Same Burger, its a Party in yo Mouth
Our waitress was very friendly and we never had to wait long for our drinks, appetizers or our entrees!! Not sure why so many other people are complaining. And the stacks of onion rings are to die for!! So when your grumpy have a stack and try dippin em in the campfire sauce that will surely put a smile on your face�
When it first opened at Hagerstown Mall it was the best place for burgers! Went down hill and really disappointing now in my opinion, staff don't care and the food is just ok
Food was extremely greasy...I know it is a burger and fries, but this was overkill.
