The food was actually good it was the service couldn't get a refill on a drink or anything because my waitress was too busy flirting and hanging all over some guy off in the corner

Went here today for lunch....waited over 30 minutes for a salad & grilled cheese sandwich!
My 2 yr old son and myself were eating tonight. My son told me he had to use the bathroom. We told our waitress that we were going to the bathroom. Come back to the table and ALL our food/drinks were gone. The bus boy cleaned the table off without checking with anyone. But kudos to the mgmt staff! They replaced my burger and didn't charge me a dime. So Id say they definitely made things right! I'll be back for sure. Thanks again!!
I have never had such a terrible time at a Red Robin. Not only were a majority of our orders wrong but it took HOURS. We have been trying to pay for about 45 minutes. You should be thankful were honest people - we could have gotten up and walked away. We forwent sending more money on dessert since we have been waiting forever for everything. One of our party waited 30 minutes AFTER the rest of our party and it was WRONG. We will NEVER be back.
Just went in for a takeout order and went to sign my credit card slip at the bar was given 2 pens both out of ink. The manager on duty, Leon, walked by and the bartender asked him if he had a pen he could borrow to which Leon's reply was. " yes, but my pens never get returned so no" right in front of me and kept walking. This man is a tool and obviously has no care for customer service and had he worked in one of the several bars/restaurants of mine he would' ve been fired on the spot.
My wife and I went to red Robin for a burger last night and things didn't change from the last two or three times we went there. We ordered our burgers and then waited 35 minutes to get them and then I didn't get what I ordered. The endless fries or other sides is false advertisement because you can never get a waitress to come back and ask you if you want any more of whatever side you ordered or if you want anymore water or whatever you are drinking. Worst service of any place I have ever eaten.
Horrible place to eat and go to....don't go near this place unless you want to wait forever to get seated and then longer to get your food! Went this past Saturday was told the wait was only 35 minutes....after 55 minutes we heard the hostess say that they weren't sitting anyone BC kitchen was backed up....so we all just waited in lobby for no reason.....horrible communication.... Horrible customer service.....horrible restaurant...... DON'T GO HERE!!!!
Honestly, poor service before you even get seated is inexcusable. There are superior Red Robins, thank goodness.
