Service was impolite. The server who brought our food ignored us as we asked for silverware. She just kept walking. I asked for a burger with no mayo and surprise! Mayo. I also asked that my burger be wrapped in lettuce and there was no wrapping! They cut a head of lettuce in half and put my burger between it. I pulled the burger off and ate it plain. I really did like Red Robin first time I've been there and it it was really nice and had great food I would recommend that place to anybody

I was very disappointed with my meal . The tortelli soup had a nice flavor it was luke warm ,grilled cheese was burnt on one side fries were warm . Sent my moms burger back it was soaked with the juice from her fruit . Daughters burger was over cooked . Having worked in the food industry all my life i was disappointed with the food . The service was fine . The wait was a little long, but understandable due to the busy crowd . First time eating at that particular Red Robin . I will give them another try .
The hostess was more concerned about checking her text messages and making personal phone calls on the Red Robin landline than getting us a table. And it was not busy. Also, a bus boy kept stopping to watch a football game on the tv above our table. He awkwardly stood a foot from our table doing this every 5 minutes.
