Food was ok at best, service was terrible waited forever to be served. Paid bill on the computer just so we didnt have to wait. Will not be coming back.
Absolutely the worst service I have ever had. I came here tonight wanting fries and the root beer float. MY boyfriend and I were not given any napkins or silverware when we were seated, we received our meals at least 25 min before our appitizer even cane out. I asked for mayo for my burger and that took at least 10 min to receive. I finally spoke up and asked for a manager to which the waitress had an attitude and refused to serve us. Worst service and being pregnant and craving food didn't help but I will not be returning.
ASOME YOU SHOULD TRY THE FRISE THEY ARE MY FAVORITE
Currently I am standing waiting to pay for my to go order while the bartender who has already spoken to me helps someone else who clearly never ordered food over the phone. Also if I didn't say anything, she would've let me walk out with out the drinks I've ordered. I hate to see this place when it's packed. Good luck getting your food if you are in a rush. Service overall was horrible. Our waitress was really nice but the food kept coming out cold, undercooked or burnt. We sent food back 3 times and they eventually gave us our entire meal for free, thanks to our waitress. The manager was heard arguing with customers on the floor - I could tell our waitress was embarrassed. I asked her to charge me for something so I could tip her, I didn't feel it was right to punish her for the terrible meal. Went to Lunch today ..worst service I have ever had.. food was burnt sent back 20 mins to get a new burger .. wasn't giving napkins... The waitress was very nice .. She was working her butt off.. there was like 5 ppl sending food back.. so I know it wasn't her fault.. doubt if I will ever go back ..
I've been to Red Robin restaurants in Virginia and Montgomery County, Maryland. They were very good. This one was a total disappointment. I should've gone with the burger. I had the salad and soup combination. The French onion soup was too thin, short on onions and chintzy with the cheese. The salad was literally "bunny food". Lettuce, carrots and chopped cucumber. First time I'd been to a Red Robin in quite a while. We had a date-night, and before we went to our movie, I thought that a good bacon-cheeseburger sounded good. Burger was a bit on the mehh... side. Ordered medium-well, it was more on the rare side. The sweet-potato fries were excellent though, as was our waitress. She kept our drinks filled, asked if we needed anything, etc. Not sure if I'll go back next time I'm in the Hagerstown area, or if I'll go elsewhere.
