Service and food have gone down hill tremendously since opening 2 yrs ago. So dissatisfied that I will not be going back.
First and last experience our server stephanie sucked no personality checked on us 2x didn't even wait for a,response, never cleared table or asked if we needed boxes
Had supper there tonight. Short stack onion rings good..Chicken sandwich awful.. burger with arugula decent but over cooked. Service was not good. Restaurant looked dirty...Glad I could not see the kitchen...
Excellent food and drink. Quick service by Cindy, our server. Recommend it highly
Horrible experience for Mother's day. Service was slow, waited 20 minutes for food. Server was unfriendly, barely refilled drinks. food was cold and actually brought my daughter frozen mac and cheese and never apologized. Drove 45 min to come to this location. Next time we will drive the extra 15 min and go to Dulles instead.
First time there. .the burger was great. The service was terrible. ..informed the hostess thinking that she would offer a discount on a return visit NOT. So sad. ...AS THE BURGER WAs GREAT
Was a complete waste of 50 dollars service sucked waitress passed off our table n never saw her again until food came all food was wrong took it back n my daughters food came out with a hair on it the second time .... Bad atmosphere.... So I let the manager know what happened he so acted like I was wasting his time... Short bald a##...... I won't return n I will try my hardest to get people to not eat there... Very excellent service and loved our burger. First time at the Hagerstown restaurant, will go back.
Food was good once they got it right. Never got our appetizer and the waitress was awful.
