We love this place! The only thing is the restaurant needs to be bigger cause they always have a waiting list!
Waited 40 minutes for cold fries and a cold burger with the wrong bun. Good job guys.

I would have to say I have never had such terrible service and the Manager did not carry himself as a professional. If it were busy it would have been understandable but it was very slow inexcusable and I plan on writing to corp office about the management ! And the manager sat an eat and we didn't even have our food yet!

Burgers good. Service could have been better. Please don't bring the check for our table while one of us is still eating. And don't take try to take my plate till I push it away or put my used napkin on top. Also the font on your receipts is micro small - less tha 8 pt - so it's very difficult to read. Could you make it bigger?
Food was ok, service was insanely SLOW and the server showed fear when she had to advise our table that the kitchen was behind on something. Similar slow service has also happened at the Dulles Town Center location in the past as well.
Waited an hour then got seated at a table for 2 when there were 3 of us, asked for a manager and he said we would have to be put back on the waiting list. Worst service EVER!!!!
