when I ask for extra extra well done, I'm not expecting to cut open my sandwich and it be pink!!! Not that I haven't given them enough chances. I just took advantage of my 10th item free, I'd say 80% something was wrong. Mainly a pink burger when asked them for extra extra well done burger (I even tell waitress/waiter to tell cook when they think it's done leave on medium heat for another 5-7 min).
