my sales man was EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL AND VERY PLEASANT, VERY HAPPY I WENT THERE . THEY HAVE A OUTLET STORE THAT UNLIKE BOBS YOU CAN HAVE ITEMS DELIVERED. NO PRESSURE TO PICK UP WITHIN 24 HOURS. EVERYTHING IN THERE OUTLET IS BRAND NEW NO DEFECTS. SO VERY HAPPY I WENT THERE !!!!! THE PRICES WERE GOOD AS WELL I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM .... OH HAPPY DAY FOR MY HARD EARNED MONEY
I had a **** couch set delivered at the end of March. I had a friend come over in June and she sunk into our loveseat when she sat down. Raymour and Flanigan forced me to sleep on the floor since my purchase in March 2020. I have been purchasing from Raymour and Flanagin for years. But my last purchase was awful all around. First the couch I ordered was not the one that arrived. I was pretty much told it was my fault. Item arrived 3 HOURS AFTER THE DELIVERY WINDOW. The supposed delivery supervisor was snotty and flippant. I sent messages (several) to their ******** messenger account. Got an auto reply saying they would respond soon. Here we are 6 days later. Guess when I got a reply? A few hours after I sent another message stating if I didn't get a reply today I would be filing a complaint with the BBB. Like magic, a reply. Ordered a couch and recliner back in May, have talked to customer service many times. Each time, my couch's delivery to the warehouse gets later and later. At this point, they're saying it won't get there until the end of the month. I dont understand how ANYTHING shipped domestically can take two months. Local customer service refunded me my delivery charge of $100 for the inconvenience - but honestly, it doesn't make up for two months of being without a living room set in my new home. If there was a zero star option, I would have given that as well. Extremely disappointed with the services and the merchandise received. We purchased Bedroom set, accent table,9 piece Dining table set and a Buffet in store we confirmed a delivery date of 7/3/2020 with $200 cash to be paid for delivery. I had a mattress delivery today in Staten Island from Raymor & Flanagan. One of the delivery men was not wearing a mask! I went to this company because it is considered a reputable company. If I hadn’t had a mask to give him, I would not have let them in. The man said that his mask broke. Why didn’t the company give him more than 1 disposable mask? This should be common sense.
