Dusean provided exceptional customer service. He was very professional and greeted us with a jovial attitude. He also understood my needs to locate the items while all other stores told me that the furniture I was looking for had been discontinued and unavailable to purchase. BUYER BEWARE!! BUYER BEWARE!!! Do not buy “genuine “ leather furniture from Raymour & Flanigan , it is advertised as such, however it is nothing more than a split leather( low grade) with a poly coating applied to the top. Don’t let them tell you any different!! It is the worst quality ever!! I purchased a so called “genuine “ Italian leather sofa , chair and ottoman and it looks horrible after 5 years. terrible service. chair severely damaged by their "expert" upholstery cleaner - will be replaced. they called & gave me date & time of delivery. on that day I called to confirm - no record of pending delivery. chair did not even leave factory. VERY disappointed in service
Do not use this overrated company they have the worst customer service and warranty service. I brought their top of line recliner and have had an issue with the electrical control since we had it delivered. They have been out to house 3 times and every time they say they will be back because they ordered the wrong part. You wait 30-45 minutes on phone to get response and you wait 4-6 hr window to get service. they must think everyone has free time off work to wait for their mistakes.
