I HAD THE WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. I ORDERED A VANITY FOR MY WIFE AS A CHRISTMAS GIFT ON DEC 2ND AND THE SALES MAN NAME GEO M***** PROMISED ME THAT MY ORDER WILL ARRIVE BEFORE CHRISTMAS AS IT STATES IN THE INVOICE WHICH HE CIRCLED IT FOR 2 TO 3 WEEKS. THEN HE CALLS ME THE NEXT FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY TO SAY THAT I NEEDED TO PUT A DOWN PAYMENT BECAUSE IT IS A SPECIAL ORDER. Horrible products. Customer service agents are disrespectful. I have a sectional, just over a year old, in a home with 3 adults with 2 ripped cushions ON THE BOTTOM of the cushion where they used shoddy material instead of sofa material. It’s pulling apart at the zippers. I paid for extended coverage and after spending over 90 minutes on the phone on hold 3 different times.. I finally got to speak someone and they were very rude. The service technicians they send out are useless. I’ll never buy form them again

I purchased two recliners on July 17,2018. I was undergoing a house renovation and didn't even unpack them until late September. By November one of the chairs began leaning to the right. Eventually the top right of the back cushion came apart from the base. With the help of a neighbor, we were able to pop it back together. In early summer 2019, the second chair began leaning a little to the right. For as long as I have owned houses, I do not remember buying from Raymour and Flanigan. I never liked their quality and very pushy sales personnel. I bought a bigger house and with that comes more furniture. Making the story short I opened a 6 months interest free card for that 2.4k purchase. Come to find out that they had opened a standard credit card and I was due to pay the full amount about 5 weeks after the purchase. Love them over there in manalapan store. My sale girl was amazing. Please let her know of such a great job she does for your company. Look forward to getting all of what i need as time goes. We will definitely be coming back for more. Keep up the great work

We purchased a new leather couch, loveseat & recliner. Within 2 hours the switch for the recliner did not work. It took 2 weeks, and several phone calls by me to get a service tech here. In addition, there are 2 small wear spots on the back - as if the chair had previously been against a wall. Unfortunately we did not see these spots before accepting delivery. The service tech attempted to "fix" the spot by spraying a coloring spray on it. I really want the chair replaced with on in better condition and find it discouraging ... read more
