Go ANYWHERE else!!!! This is been the most infuriating company in the planet to deal with! Firstly we bought a sofa and loveseat 3 years ago, which only was comfortable for a couple months. Bought a mattress I clearly was not happy with after 2 weeks of trying it out. Because I didn't purchase their over priced mattress cover they would not exchange the mattress for me. Now im stuck ??
I went to Raymour & Flanigan less than a yea ago and purchased a Mattress, Frame, Pillow, and Mattress Protector. Spent $4000+. Now the girl who sold me the items was nice since i was spending money, but now that I need to warranty my pillow they are very rude. I have read numerous complaints about the Balance 2.0 pillow sucking and going flat, well mine did. Now they will not warranty it since the invoice I have says floor sample sold as is. Today was the second time we stayed home for the same delivery and the second time it was wrong and we got nothing but aggravation! This company has the worst customer service and internal communication I have ever experienced. I don't know how they are in business! If they did not already have my money I would tell them where to put my headboard, footboard, frame and foundation and get them elsewhere.

i ordered a sectional from them on july 17, 2020 and another order on Aug 17. when they called to ship the aug order (only a partial one as they didn't have the full order) i asked about the sectional i ordered in July. I knew it would take awhile but wanted to check. They said that order was cancelled on Aug 1 with no reason given (I didn't cancel it) and no refund of my money. Zero stars if possible. Placed order on 5/15- special order ready in 2 weeks. 3 pieces, a nightstand, chest, and dresser. After waiting 6 weeks it arrives. Dresser is broken so they don't deliver it. Chest arrives broken but it was inside and didn't notice until after they left. I was told to take pictures and they would send a repairman. Do you think I ever got a reply? I received an order confirmation, and then a few hours later another one with a different pick up location and 1 item was missing from the order. I was confused and received no further updates, so on July 25th I contacted their customer service via text and received no answer. I ordered furniture and was told the delivery date was three weeks from the time I ordered. I decided to pick up the furniture instead as I was have a gathering the following week. In order to prepare for the furniture and my gathering I threw out the old furniture. The day the furniture was supposed to be delivered to the store I was told, "sorry the furniture was not put on the truck." They then promised the furniture would be here that same week Friday.
