THIER FURNITURE IS NICE, BUT THIER THE WAY THE DO BUSINESS IS RIDICULOUS, WE PURCHASED A SOFA AND CHAIR 8/19/2020 WAS TOLD IF WE PICKED UP WOULD BE IN STORE A WEEK{SOFA &CHAIR} DECIDED ON DELIVERY 9/15 THAT WAS OK ,THEY CALLED US 5 DAYS BEFORE TO TELL US YOUR CHAIR WONT BE DELIVERED ME WHY OH WE SOLD IT WHEN I GOT UPSET THEY TOLD IS THERE ANOTHER CHAIR YOU MIGHT WANT? ME NO THAT ONE GOES WITH THE SOFA! SO YOUR CHAIR NOW WONT ARRIVE TILL 10/25, DID NOT ARRIVE TILL 12/2 3 MONTHS LATER! BUYER BEWARE!!!

The Raymour & Flanigan, 1855 Central Park Ave, Yonkers, NY, is the worst business establishment regarding communicating with their clients. I purchased a dresser with a mirror with an accompanying chest on Sept. 1, 2020, for $2000. Today, Dec. 6, I have still not received all my furniture. I have never received a simple phone call from the store notifying me about any existing problems. I have had to call them asking where my furniture is. I purchased the ******** Silver Plush mattress and wanted to return/exchange. Buyer beware. I was not told that I had to purchase the protection plan in order to return it. Manager said all sales on furniture are final. The mattress is like sleeping on the floor. Poor quality and worth 300.00 dollars at the most but they have it marked up to 700.00. Sales person was great, however i think even the sales department is not aware of the mess behind the scenes, Ordered furniture on August 26th 2020 and still do not have it!! I was told 6-8 weeks delivery and it is not 10 weeks and was told today that the date is now mid November?? I asked what day and was told they could not give me a date so I said "Hmm, is this because it may be January before i see the furniture" Why in the world would you sell furniture that would not be available for months and months. I see now that others had same problem. Sept 17 saw a set at Carle Place NY that was ok so asked mutliple times when sofa,loveseat and chair would be in. Was told by Henri two would be in on Oct 3 and the other Oct 6 2020. That was ok as we were having family to visit at end of October. Only reason we ordered was because of his consistent assurances after our persistent questions about timing. Egregious lies. We painted, bought curtains and accessories to match furniture. I spent $2,800 on a couch that started to fall apart after 3months. I have had service come out 4 times and it still looks like crap. The customer service is awful and they are refusing to refund, replace as it states in their warranty claim. If it is non repairable they will replace the item. I have 2 non repairable issues and they wont abide by their warranty. I have filed a small claims report to get my money back!

I have never been more disgusted. I have received the worse service from the firm and i don't believe it has anything to do with the pandemic. I have spent thousands of dollars over the past years from Raymour and anytime I try to access the warranty/customer care it is like falling into an abyss. Now their service has compromised my mother which is unacceptable. I bought a zero gravity chair for my mother to sleep. My fiancé and I bought furniture August 4th. We were told it was a special order because of the color we wanted and that it would be in in 4-8 weeks tops. We were fine with that. So we went ahead and sold our furniture to prepare for delivery. At the 4 week mark we called to check on the order and were told that now the style furniture we bought was out of stock and because it’s a special order probably wouldn’t be in until October 6th. (UPDATE) was told this past Saturday that my furniture would be shipped to the warehouse Sunday 10/25/20 and i would have it delivered this week. They never called this morning so i called and got my salesman and he told me that everything looked good in the system and he would call at the end of the day with a delivery time. I just got off the phone with his manager and now they are saying it was delayed again till Thursday and a target delivery date for 2 weeks from now. This is the worst service that I have ever received in my life. The managers at the Manalapan outlet do not know what they are doing. After delivering one piece, and not the others, then canceling my order, above all even a delay on returning my payment. Kyle O**** is the most incompetent manager I have ever encountered. He got nothing done and then blamed others. I will absolutely never purchase another thing from this store again.
