Enjoyed working with Indira A*****. She was personable, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Understood my needs perfectly. Will be coming back to look for bedroom furniture next and I am hoping to work with her again. Delivery was prompt and the guys were friendly. I did have a problem that I didn't see when they were here....one of the lights on the wall unit is not working properly. They sent someone out a few days later, but it can't be fixed. They are ordering me a new part. I'm okay with this as long as they do replace it.

Horrible Horrible Experience! Purchased a leather recliner and the Platinum Protection Warranty Insurance. While still in Warranty the leather started to peel off and I actually had open holes underneath! After numerous calls and phone exchanges with NO satisfaction, the agent said normal wear and tear is not covered! This chair is basically new as this is our 2nd home and it is hardly used! Made a purchase for a friend of a Windsor chair from their outlet. When the chair was delivered my friend contacted me to report that the chair delivered was much darker than chair shown in their website. I told her not to worry, I would return it, imagine my surprise when I discovered it cannot be returned due to misrepresentation of product online! Now I’m stuck with a chair I never wanted since my friend doesn’t want to keep it and I can’t return it. I’ve never heard of such a policy. Other merchants may be more expensive... read more

Worst experience of my life buying with them. Initially caused trouble to deliver furniture - we setup delivery date for a home we were renting and they called to decline delivery unless we have home keys. If we are starting renting on 15th, how would we have keys 2-3 weeks earlier. And how did that even matter to them when delivery date is 16th when we are in that house. Never given a tracking number and when I check they said it will be delivered today...10 days after the order. Fedx just left it outside my gate without ringing. Could have gone missing easily . Won't be ordering again for sure.

Awful customer service. Cracked furniture just over a year old and they refuse to do anything. A nightmare to deal with these people when there is a problem.
