No complaints about the product, but delivery timing is another thing. I got a commitment for a delivery on the 11th and then a phone call today that they can't deliver until the 14th. Not exactly 3 days or less! And I am told that this is really rare yet it has happened to me twice in two months. No offer to make it right, just an "I'm sorry".
Excellent customer service, from sales expert, to delivery, and account adjustment (we had a refund after we changed our order). Everything worked our very well for us. If you are in the Union Square store (NYC), ask for Mr Kojo W*****. He helped us, no sales pressure tactic, really chill and layback. Excellent follow up by the team.

Bait and switch sales to benefit salespeople's commissions. Nondisclosures at point of sale even after asking specific questions before and as the transaction is happening. Delivery people who hold your items hostage until you pay them off (perhaps because I am a single female who is not able to move the items myself - this has happened to me so many times; there is sexism and bullying involved in this and this practice is despicable). Great service. Our saleswoman was patient and helpful. Delivery was when we requested and the went very smoothly.
I purchased a set of furniture 3 years ago with the Platinum service plan. The seam on my ottoman split and there was a tear and a stain. They asked if there were any other issues. I told them everything I had issues with. Big mistake! They apparently used all that information to deny my claim. They stating there was excessive wear. I just wanted my ottoman fixed.
