I had such a good experience last week when i purchased a living room set that I returned and bought a mattress set. Rodney was my associate and like Phillip he took the time to listen to my needs and together we found the perfect mattress. Rodney worked hard applying advertised coupon and applicable discounts to my entire order. This is a wonderful store to do business with.

I visited the location on exterior the Bronx looking for a bedroom set and living room furniture. My intentions were to look and finance a bedroom set and come back for the living room set. Sales people are good. On the other hand customer service is unprofessional, unorganized and the lady who answers the phone is impolite!! . Six months ago I bought a set of furniture. I was told that I will have them delivered to their store in tow days for me to pickup. Two days later They called me and asked me to come pick up my couches. While in my way to pick up, They called me again and they said we don’t have your couches we are sorry for the inconvenience. But we’ll deliver it to your house instead. That was cool.
