I brought a couch today. The salesman James F***** provided excellent service. He answered all my questions and was very helpful and informative.
Horrible company to work with. Motorized furniture came in noisy & they couldn't repair. Tried to replace it at least 4 times & each piece came damaged. They finally suggested that we either go into the store & pick out something else or they would take the furniture back. We chose for them to take the furniture back. R&F picked up their furniture on the same day we received the new furniture we purchased from ***** ******** *********. This process took 2 months to settle & almost everyone blamed someone else.
