I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Robert S***** helped me every step of the way. He was never pushy. I have never been in the store, but will return for living room furniture soon. Thank you again Robert and see you soon!

The butler store was awesome the sales lady Ann Marie G********** was terrific knowledgeable friendly No pressure will return to this store with any of our needs.

Convenient close to home, and salesman was very accommodating. However I was asked by three different people what phone number I would like to be contacted the day of delivery and when they were to call. I told each of the three people my cell number and that I wanted to be notified an hour before delivery so I could make sure someone would be at the house. Mariana is a fabulous consultant. She is very personable and demonstrates excellent customer service. I explained to her what I was looking for. She immediately showed me three different bedroom sets that I loved. I had difficulty deciding which one to select. Mariana is extremely knowledgable about each furniture set. This was the best experience I have ever had when purchasing furniture. Good inventory and very fast delivery.
